The production experience of Disc Golf Retrievers

During the Disc Golf games getting more and more popular, the demands of Disc Golf Retrievers increase rapidly. Because the Disc may be stuck in tree, lake, river, then the players need disc retrievers, For save the discs and also for protect the environment. Currently the most common size of our Disc Golf Retriever are 10ft,12ft,14ft and 16ft. For 10ft Disc Golf Retriever it is 10 sections(7.0mm-16mm), 12ft Disc Golf Retriever it is 14 sections(7.0mm-20mm), both 14ft and 16 Disc Golf Retriever it is 16 sections(7.0mm-22mm). A full set Disc Golf Retriever are consist of one Stainless steel telescopic pole, one hook and one handle.

The material of Stainless steel telescopic pole should choose SS201, it Economic, strong, light weight and rust proof. There are two very important steps here. 1, after cutting the stainless steel tubes in small piece, should do a deburring on each tubes, otherwise the pole will be very sharp. 2, Between each tubes should make bump to avoid Stainless steel telescopic pole over collapsed.

The material of hook is iron, there are three kind of surface finish: nickel plated, powder coated, and hot dip. Powder coated and hot dip finish could customized the color. When we choosing a hook, we should noted that some of the hook has a patent protect, should avoid to choose it. Our company have many type self-development hooks and also we could make custom hook.

The most common handle for Disc Golf Retrievers are PVC and form. Normally customers would like silk screen logo here. Make sure the handle not too tight with pole, easy to unassemble will be best, because of sometime we need to unassemble the handle for drain the water.
