The Constituent Parts Of a Flip Lock Telescopic Pole

Use 6063 T5 aluminum alloy as material, this kind of material is light weight, strong and good for make anodizing finish.

The tube diameter are 11-14-17-20-23-26-29, wall thickness is 0.8mm. The most common anodizing color are: Silver, Black, Blue, Red and gold.  

Laser etching LOGO is viable on the aluminum surface.

2. Locking mechanism

Flip lock mechanism is very easy to use, when you use the telescopic pole, it could be very quickly extending and collapsing. 

As most of the aluminum telescopic pole will be used outdoor, then we use Nylon as material, Nylon it's good for outdoor and very durable. color could be customized.

The lock could bear a 15kg vertial pressure.

3. Customized top parts 

Customized top parts always the key of a telescopic pole. According to the different usage we can see many different parts, they are very creative! 

The most common parts are: Hooks, threads, male and female screw, tip, plastic parts...

Make prototypes and send to customer testing before a mass production is a good way to proceeding a project. 

4. Handle

A suitable handle will rise your telescopic pole texture and looking, the most common handle material are: Plastic, Rubber and foam.

If you don't like any handle, a rubber/ plastic cap will be a good solution as well. 

All the handles/end caps we used is environmentally-friendly .
