Telescopic pole packing instruction

Common packing methods are cartons, wooden cases, pallet (plywood).

Packing is very important for export because it can prevent damage caused by violent transportation.

 Here will be our packing specifications for each pallet.

1. Cardboard corner protectors.

2. Stretch Wrap tightly pulled around all pallets.

3. Plastic banding attached in three directions

4. Each carton marked on the front and side with mark.

Each pole will be put into an OPP bag to prevent the pole from being scratched.

Carton size:

According to the requirements of international express on cartons:

1, The weight limit for a carton is not more than 22kg.

2, The length limit for a carton is not more than 118cm.(Overlength charges will be incurred in excess of 118cm)

3, Shipping marks should be pasted on both sides of each carton.

According to the requirements of FBA warehouse on cartons:

1, The weight limit for a carton is not more than 22kg.

2, The length limit for a carton better not more than 45cm. (More than 45cm will increase storage costs)

3, Shipping marks must be pasted on all four sides of the carton.
