The Aluminum swage tube usually use to support tent/tarp or heavy something.
Machining the tubes need to use a swage mold, see attached video.
When swage the tube, the tube end will be enlarge a little bit, normally need to do a small swage again at the tube end, so that it can fit into the outer tube easily.
The inner tube and outer tube can fit perfectly, the key is to control tolerances and the punching holes need to alignment.
After machining, the last step is surface finished--Anodizing, before the anodizing, if there have scratch on the surface, it need to make polishing firstly then do anodizing, so that can get a smooth beadutiful surface.
